Compensation:$75,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budgetGather local community information to be able to answer any question from your client about potential homesTurn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by facilitating communication through multiple touches and nurturing the relationship while they move through the sales pipelineAct as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful closeArrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate marketCompile representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experienceHave local knowledge of Collin County communities to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding area - Don't worry! We will train you!
